Development progress
The Ulord public blockchain development work mainly focuses on the data modification and adjustment of the UOS testnet, the custom generation of private key functions, the configuration of public and private key pairs, and the proposal contract test. The beta test of Ulord V2.0.0 was launched. Ulord developer community V1.2.0 was in optimization.
1. The sidechain UOS testnet was tested and its CPU parameters were adjusted to increase the number of transactions.
2. The data storage node of the sidechain UOS testnet was modified from the original speculative mode to the read-only mode to prevent the mongodb database from repeatedly storing the same transaction.
3. The mongodb database has added user management rights.
4. In the sidechain UOS, the function of private key custom generation was provided, and users can set a string to generate his own private key.
5. The public & private key pair option of the sidechain UOS node were configured. Only the node that owns the private key corresponding to the public key can access the block data and transaction data of the node.
6. The proposal contract test of the sidechain UOS was completed. Users can initiate multi-signing transactions and proposals; more than 2/3 of block producer can pass the voting system to update the system contract.
7. The redemption mechanism of block producer mortgage in the sidechain UOS was modified, and redemption must be voted.
8. The UDFS background management system, blacklist display, review, and send functions were finished.
9. The scoring function of the UDFS incentive mechanism, UI registration and login of the UDFS interface were completed.
10. The first round testing of the UMaster system was completed, the code was reviewed, and the bugs in the test were resolved.
Peripherals
1. The test of Ulord V2.0.0 was completed and the beta test was launched.
a. Ulord backstage server was built. The basic data configuration such as whitelist and honeycomb games were configured.
b. The iOS and Android apps of Ulord V2.0.0 were online on time and the beta test was launched.
2. Ulord developer community V1.2.0:
a. The UOS testnet faucet, account creation, operation document display were added.
b. The UI display and proposal background management were optimized.
Test
Ulord V2.0.0 version test:
1. This version contains 4 function menu: “Honeycomb “, “Find”, “Wallet” and “Me”.
a. In Honeycomb, users can answer questions, WeChat authentication, email authentication, invite friends, and gather honey to get bonus.
b. In Find，there are Ulord, ETH and EOS these 3 areas. Clink to enter each area.
c. In Wallet, you can import and create the corresponding currency wallet, such as UT\ETH\EOS and BTC wallet, and support related transactions. In UT wallet, the currency exchange function is added to realize the mutual transfer between UT and SUT.
d. In Me, users can modify profile, view account assets, select currency, and switch language.
2. This version was tested and launched the beta test to the users on whitelists on Dec 24.
Operation Progress
On Dec 20, Ulord New York office held a meetup in New York and shared ideas on token economy, consensus economy, and the rise of the individual era.
On Dec 24, the beta test of Ulord, the entrance of the Ulord public blockchain, was officially launched. In this test, 100 users from Ulord fans and community have participated in test and gave advice to the development of Ulord.
Terminology
Ulord: the application ecosystem platform of the content distribution public blockchain Ulord. It is the main portal and centralized distribution channel of the ecosystem on the Ulord chain, providing users with one-stop login service. Ulord integrates various management modules of the Ulord system, such as masternode management system, sidechain asset exchange and management, mining pool and block browser. It is a comprehensive presentation of the public chain technology, ecosystem and functional service.
White list: If a whitelist is set up, users (or IP addresses, IP packets, emails) on the whitelist in the application system (such as Web, APP) will pass preferentially and will not be rejected by the system. The security and speed will be greatly improved.
