1.To control whether external accounts could modify the attributes in their namespaces, a new method was added: approve_ item_ Attributes and cancel_ item_ attributes_ approval.When the permission was revoked, all the previously set attributes of the account would be deleted.
2.DefaultNoBound derived macro has been updated to fix an error when enumerating without generics.
UDFS
1.The matches_ prefix function was added to MultiLocation and Junction.
2.An externality UseDalekExt has been introduced. When ed25519_ verify exists, it will use ed25519 dalek.
